Developing social capital, enterprise and supporting active citizenship is vital if we are to improve the wellbeing of people and communities in Birmingham.

One of the aims of Birmingham 2026: the Sustainable Community Strategy (2008) is to support the citizens of Birmingham to make a contribution, value one another and play an active part in the community.
