Assembly Launch

The full post-launch Assembly report, 'Growing Our Influence' was released in September 2007. This report is available for download.

Terms of reference for the Assembly were drawn from the launch events in July. They set out the vision, objectives and values of the Assembly - why it's been brought together, what things it seeks to achieve and what concepts will guide its activities.

Day Service Consultation

In October 2007, Assembly members engaged in a consultation on Day Service delivery, held in partnership with Birmingham City Council. The Assembly's feedback has been reported to the Council's Cabinet.

Refreshing the Local Area Agreement for Birmingham

This event held on 29 January 2008 gave delegates the opportunity to be briefed on the latest priorities emerging from the Community Strategy consultation, and to contribute to setting targets of the LAA. A full report will be available to download shortly.

LINks: Local Involvement Networks - making them work for Birmingham

On 5 February 2008 Birmingham City Council and NHS representatives set out their vision for the new LINks that will be replacing the Public and Patient Involvement Forums. A full report of the LINks event is available to download.
